HOH Goes Tribal

Tuesday, October 19th, 2010

We have recently launched House of Harlow 1960′s new jewelry pieces and I must say we love it! Taking a cue from native art and patterns-a major trend now and in upcoming seasons- this collection is all about mixing and matching colors, metals, and pieces.  Nicole says she created chunkie looks to contrast the light and airy feel of Winter Kate-her new clothing line.

Here at Magnums, we absolutely love the Turquoise Tribal Cuff!  Mix it with a flowy silk top, jeans, and some great boots and you have an effortless glam look. With price points starting at $45 you can look fabulous for next to nothing!

Celeb Spot!

Friday, June 4th, 2010

Spotted; Gossip Girls, Blair Waldorf and Serena Van Der Woodsen toting Longchamps’ current Spring 2010 Exotic Gatsby handbag. Waldrof opted for a splash of color with the citrine color paired with scrumptiously matching patent leather Louboutins. On a muted note, Van Der Woodsen looks great trekking through the city sidewalks with the neutral color which is a great pairing with any outfit. Which style are you? Bold or Au Natural? Both are timeless classics and are definitely worth the splurge!

Want to be “in” with the Waldorfs’ and Van Der Woodsens’?  Check out both colors here!

It’s here!!! Longchamp’s fall/winter 2009 le pliage collection!

Tuesday, September 8th, 2009

Le pliage So the summer season has come and gone (even though it never felt like summer here in New York).  It means back-to-school, sweaters, fall fashion, and Longchamp’s fall/winter colors!  I don’t know if you’re like me and prefer the fall/winter colors to the spring/summer colors making this season is no different.  Longchamp introduces new colors like – thistle, hawthrone, lime, lavender, and brings back bilberry from last fall/winter.

There’s a definite gray undertone to the thistle (which seems to be a lighter version of graphite), hawthorne (almost like a dusty rose), and lime (more like a clay color). The lavender is a true lavender, very feminine and pretty.  Then of course the sold out color from last year, my personal favorite- bilberry which is like a rich ink-y purple.

The fall/winter pliage collection doesn’t usually last that long so shop now!
