Creme Brulee Recipe
Creme Brulee Ingredients
- 5 Piece of egg yolk
- 5 Tablespoon of granulated sugar
- 2.5 tablespoon butter
- one glass of cream
- Half a glass of milk
- one packet of vanilla
For Creme Brulee Caramel
- 4 tablespoon brown sugar
How to Make Creme Brulee?
Let your butter sit at room temperature.
Mix egg yolks, granulated sugar and vanilla in a large bowl.
Heat the milk and cream over low heat.
When it is close to boiling, remove it from the heat and let it rest for 10 minutes.
Then slowly add it to the egg mixture and whisk quickly.
Add the butter, mix for another 1-2 minutes and distribute equally among the mini baking dishes.
Place the baking dishes on a large baking tray, add enough water not to exceed 1 finger on the bottom of the tray.
Make sure that the containers you use are deep enough so that the boiling water at the bottom does not come into contact with the desserts during cooking.
Place the tray with the desserts on it in the oven preheated to 120°C and bake for about 40 minutes.
Take the desserts out of the oven, wait for them to cool down and place them in the refrigerator.
Before serving the cooled desserts, sprinkle brown sugar on them and burn them with a blowtorch to get a caramelized consistency.
Creme brulee with the taste of creme caramel is ready to serve.
Note: If you do not have a blowtorch at home, you can use your oven’s grill instead.
