CES 2024, the world’s largest consumer fair, ended yesterday and dozens of companies introduced hundreds of new products during this process. Among the many introductions, one attracted a lot of attention: Samsung’s new all-purpose home robot, Samsung Ballie.
Samsung’s new product, Ballie, is a highly advanced home robot with high artificial intelligence technology. Even though his appearance wasn’t very flashy, what Ballie was able to do resonated.
You can project the image you want on the wall
The most striking aspect of the cute-looking Samsung Ballie, the size of a bowling ball, was its powerful projection inside. As seen in the video, Ballie, which you can control with voice and message, can project your video call or yoga video on the wall. It looks quite comfortable.
Like a voice-activated remote
Another striking feature of Ballie is that he rushes to any task. Ballie can interact with remote-operated devices with its infrared sensors. For example, if given a voice command, it can turn the television on and off and turn on the air conditioner for you.
Samsung Ballie has a high resolution camera. The user can watch what is going on at home from Ballie’s camera when he is out and about and direct Ballie accordingly.
Samsung seems to have created a successful home assistant as a result of the combination of artificial intelligence and hardware. The company has not announced the idea, date or price of whether to launch this product. It is a matter of curiosity when this robot, which we have images and features for now, will be put into operation.
