Ingredients for Gluten-Free Rice Pastry
- one piece egg
- one tablespoon yogurt
- 10 piece rice phyllo
- one tablespoon butter

- 2 water glass feta cheese
- one package oregano
How to Make Gluten-Free Pastry from Rice Pastry?
Mix the egg and yoghurt thoroughly. Soak the rice phyllo in water for 30 seconds to soften it.
Grease the baking tray with butter and place a sheet of dough on the baking tray.
Arrange 5 layers of phyllo dough, spreading the yoghurt mixture on each one.
Spread the feta cheese and thyme stuffing on the 5th layer.
Arrange the remaining 5 sheets of dough on the mixture in the same way.
Spread the yoghurt mixture on the last layer and put it in the oven preheated to 180°C.
