Tahini Molasses Soufflé Recipe
Tahini molasses soufflé You can adjust the amount of ingredients according to the size of your container and the number of people. With the measurements I gave, you get 2 portions from the containers in the image. tahini soufflé The materials needed are as follows:
- 1 egg white
- 3 full tablespoons of tahini
- 3 full tablespoons of molasses
- 1 tablespoon quinoa flour (you can also use any other flour you have at home.)
How to Make Tahini Soufflé?
Making tahini soufflé First, beat the egg white with a mixer for a few minutes. The egg white should harden well and become foamy.
In a separate bowl, mix tahini and molasses thoroughly. Then, add the foamy egg white in 2 batches. Mix thoroughly to ensure that these three ingredients are thoroughly mixed together. Finally, add 1 heaping tablespoon of flour and mix for the last time.
Pour the mixture into the greased soufflé containers (I grease with coconut oil, I like its aroma).
I preheated the oven to 200 degrees and then baked the soufflé at 170 degrees. 7 minutes of cooking is enough. If it is cooked longer, the inside may become cake-like. Therefore, you can take it out of the oven when it is browned and puffed up a bit.
You can serve the soufflé right out of the oven by sprinkling it with powdered sugar, or serve it with ice cream if you wish.
