Elon Musk said that X, formerly known as Twitter, will soon launch an ad-free version of its X Premium subscription and allow users to pay to not see ads.
X currently only offers one Premium subscription package at $8 per month. The price of the package in Türkiye is 150₺. Musk shared the details of the new Premium packages in an X post. Since Musk took the helm of then-Twitter last year, the company has seen its revenue fall as advertisers moved away from the platform. As a result of the decline in advertising, X turned to subscriptions as a revenue stream.
